Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for MondayPOS subscriptions. Last updated: June 11, 2026.

1. Overview

This policy explains when Mondaysys Ltd. issues refunds for MondayPOS subscriptions. We keep it simple: try the product before you pay, cancel whenever you like, and if something is genuinely our fault we make it right.

2. Try before you pay

You can start free with one outlet and book a live demo before subscribing. We encourage you to test MondayPOS with your own products and workflows before purchasing, so a paid plan is an informed decision rather than a leap of faith.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid month. We do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of a billing month once it has started, except in the cases listed under billing errors and service faults below.

4. Yearly subscriptions

If MondayPOS is not working out, tell us within 14 days of your first yearly payment and we will refund it in full.

After the 14-day window, yearly plans run to the end of the paid year and are not refunded for unused months, except where these Terms or applicable law require otherwise. Yearly renewals have their own 14-day window: if you contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and have not materially used the service since the renewal date, we will refund the renewal.

5. Billing errors and service faults

  • Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or amounts billed in error are refunded in full once verified.
  • If a material, sustained fault in the hosted service prevents you from using core paid features and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may cancel and request a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

6. What is not refundable

  • Time already used on a plan, including months consumed before a cancellation.
  • One-off services that have been delivered, such as completed on-site training, data migration or custom configuration work.
  • Third-party costs, such as hardware purchased from other vendors or payment-provider fees on transactions you processed.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your business name and the payment reference. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card or bank transfer) within 7 to 10 business days; wallet and bank processing times can add a few days on top.

8. After cancellation

Cancelling does not delete your records immediately. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends, as described in our Privacy Policy, so you can move to another system without losing your history.
