MondayPOS is a point-of-sale and retail ERP platform operated by Mondaysys Ltd., House 58, Flat A2, Road 3, Sector 12, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use the MondayPOS application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mondaysys Ltd.; "you" refers to the business and the individuals who use MondayPOS or browse this website.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, business name, phone number, email address and password when you create an account or book a demo.
- Business data you enter into MondayPOS: products, prices, stock levels, sales records, customer lists, supplier records, employee records and accounting entries. This data belongs to you.
- Payment and billing information: subscription plan, billing history and the transaction references needed to process payments through bKash, Nagad, cards or bank transfer. We do not store full card numbers or wallet PINs; these are handled by the payment provider.
- Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, log files and the pages or screens you interact with, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
- Support communications: messages, attachments and call notes when you contact us.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain MondayPOS, including offline sync between your devices and your account.
- To process subscription billing and send invoices and payment receipts.
- To respond to support requests and provide onboarding and training.
- To send service notices such as renewal reminders, security alerts and product updates. Marketing messages are optional and you can opt out at any time.
- To monitor performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product.
- To comply with applicable law, including tax and accounting obligations in Bangladesh.
4. Your business data stays yours
The sales, inventory, customer and accounting data you record in MondayPOS is your property. We process it only to run the service for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business records to advertise to your customers.
You can export your data in standard formats (CSV or spreadsheet) at any time from within the application, or by asking our support team.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers and encrypted in transit. Devices running MondayPOS keep a local copy of recent transactions so your tills can work offline; this local data is protected by your device and user credentials, and syncs back to your account when a connection returns.
We take regular backups and restrict staff access to customer data on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords, enable role-based access for staff and keep your devices updated.
7. Data retention
We keep your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is scheduled for deletion from active systems, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements.
8. Your rights
You may, at any time:
- Access and review the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Export your business data.
- Ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of marketing communications.

10. Children
MondayPOS is a business tool and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. The date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.
